- 100 g corn flour
- 100g cornstarch
- 3 g salt
- 0.5 g black pepper
- 2 large eggs
- 300 g breadcrumbs
- 5 g parsley
- 1 g garlic powder
- 1 package of squid cut in strips MyFood

Instructions:
Mix corn flour, cornstarch, salt, and pepper together and set aside. Beat the eggs in a separate bowl. Combine breadcrumbs with parsley and garlic powder. Defrost the squid and pat dry to remove excess moisture. Coat the squid strips in the corn flour mixture, then dip them in the beaten eggs, and finally coat them in the breadcrumb mixture. Refrigerate for several hours. After chilling, heat oil in a frying pan to the appropriate temperature. Fry the squid strips in batches until golden brown, about 1 minute per batch. Serve immediately while crispy.
